Covid-19 update – staying safe

Summer has arrived here in the Cotswolds and we’ve had a busy few months following our reopening in April. It’s been lovely to see so many of you again!

Now that the legal Covid-19 restrictions are lifting we want to reassure you that our priority is continuing to keep you and our staff as safe as possible during your visits to the spa.

Our industry was one of the hardest hit and one of the last to reopen, given the nature of our close contact services, and so we feel it is imperative that we continue to mitigate risk as much as possible.

In the current circumstances we are therefore continuing with a range of safety measures:

• Our staff will still be wearing face masks and we ask that you also kindly wear a mask on arrival as usual (unless exempt).
• We are keeping our high levels of hygiene and sanitisation throughout the spa, including providing hand sanitiser for your use throughout the building.
• We will still take your temperature on arrival and ask you to kindly cancel your appointment if you are feeling unwell or self-isolating.
